What happens if I don’t receive my ASHABAN Shop orders on time?
If you do not receive your ASHABAN Shop orders as per the expected delivery dates specified for your order, please first check the status of your order in the “My Orders” page in your ASHABAN account. This allows you to see if the seller has already shipped your order or not.

Do I need to pay extra for the express delivery promise?
No, this is a special service that we are offering to our valued ASHABAN Shop customers.
Do I have to pay shipping fee to get my ASHABAN Shop product?
Shipping fees will remain unchanged for ASHABAN Shop products. There are no additional shipping fees for ASHABAN Shop products.

What if I want to cancel my ASHABAN order?
As per ASHABAN cancellation policy, you can cancel your order directly from your ASHABAN account before the order is shipped out from ASHABAN or the seller’s warehouse.

How can I return my ASHABAN Shop product?
ASHABAN Shop offers 14-day easy returns, allowing you to return the product within 14 days of first attempted delivery. As per ASHABAN return policy, you need to fill in the Online Return Form through your ASHABAN Account.

ASHABAN Shop offers 14-day easy returns, allowing you to return the product within 14 days of the first attempted delivery. Please ensure that your return meets ASHABAN return conditions.
“Change of mind” returns will only be accepted for specific categories, as per ASHABAN current guidelines.

What kind of products cannot be returned due to change of mind?
Change of mind return is not applicable for items from the following categories:
– All swimwear & lingerie
– All groceries
– All digital goods, including mobile top-ups, e-books, game downloads etc.
– All customized items, bulky items, or items that require installations.
If you have changed your mind and would like to return the item, please note that change of mind return is only available if the item:
– Has not been opened
– Has all seals and tags intact
– Is unworn, unwashed and unaltered
What happens if I think I have received an inauthentic item?
ASHABAN goes the extra mile to ensure that nothing but genuine/authentic products are sold on ASHABAN . If you think you received an inauthentic item, please indicate in the Online Return Form that you would like to return the item due to the Counterfeit/ fake item reason.
Once the Online Return Form is submitted, you will receive an email with further instructions on additional information required:
Detailed description on why you think the item is counterfeit/ fake
Claims will be evaluated by the ASHABAN team within 14 calendar days upon submission of the additional information outlined above.
Upon submission and validation of the Online Return Form, you will be refunded the item price through your original payment method.
How do I join ASHABAN Shop?
Currently, participation in ASHABAN is on an invite-only basis, at the discretion of the ASHABAN team based on performance. Reach out to your Key Account Manager to learn more about enlisting.
